The aim of this study is to gather and evaluate information on the actual management of patients with type 2 diabetes across each province and the entire country. In addition to the mentioned aspects, the study will assess the availability of diabetes treatment facilities, the prevalence of diabetes complications, patient self-management of diabetes, and the quality of life of the patients.
